Commissions
Every piece is made to your specification. Once design is approved and the deposit paid, the piece is locked into production. Cancellation policy details on the returns page.
Deposit & payment
30% deposit on design approval. 70% balance on completion, before shipping. Trade and contract clients have net-30 terms after first commission.
Warranty
Lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. Covers defects in materials and workmanship. Does not cover normal wear, water damage, heat damage above 180°F, or intentional damage.
Disputes
Texas law applies. Any dispute is first subject to good-faith negotiation, then mediation in Plano, TX, before any litigation.
