📐 COMMISSIONING

What's the typical lead time?
6–12 weeks from approved design to install, depending on size, finish, and slab availability. Express commissions available for a 25% surcharge (4–6 weeks).
How does pricing work?
Every piece is quoted individually based on slab cost, resin volume, finish, base, and install distance. Indicative starting prices are shown on each collection page. Final quote is fixed and itemised.
Can I request a specific wood species?
Yes. We stock American Walnut, White Oak, Claro Walnut, Maple, and Pecan. Other species (live-edge cherry, sycamore, etc.) by special order with 2-week additional lead time.
Do you take international commissions?
Yes — we ship to 43 states and 12 countries. International shipping quoted per piece (typically $1,800–$4,200 white-glove freight).

📦 SHIPPING

How is the piece shipped?
Custom-crated and fully insured by Plycon, our white-glove freight partner. Includes inside-room placement, packaging removal, and inspection. Standard timeline 7–14 days within North America.
What does it cost?
Continental US: $640–$2,400 depending on size and distance. Free in DFW. International quoted per piece.
Can I pick it up from the studio?
Yes — pickup is free. We help you load and secure. Bring a vehicle that can carry the piece.

↩ RETURNS & CHANGES

What's the return policy?
Custom commissions are not returnable — they are made to your specifications. However: if the piece arrives with a defect, we replace it at no cost. If you change your mind during design, you can cancel and recover your deposit minus design fees ($500–$1,500 depending on stage).
What if it arrives damaged?
Email a photo to care@luxesaver.com within 7 days. We replace at no cost, including freight, and the install team coordinates the swap.
Can I request changes after the design is approved?
Minor changes during the cure phase: usually no charge. Major changes after pour: piece-by-piece quote — sometimes possible, sometimes a new piece.

∞ WARRANTY

What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Craftsmanship defects forever. Free re-finishing for the life of the piece. Resin re-pour if a section cracks or yellows beyond normal wear. Structural repair (glue-ups, base failure). The warranty is transferable to a new owner.
What's NOT covered?
Cosmetic wear from daily use, water damage from prolonged exposure (don't leave wet glasses sitting), heat damage above 180°F, and intentional damage. We hold a third-party insurance bond that pays out if we close.
How do I claim?
Email warranty@luxesaver.com with your order number, your address, and a photo. We send a pre-paid return label and the piece comes home for repair.

✦ MATERIALS & CARE

How do I clean it day-to-day?
Wipe with a soft microfibre cloth. For deeper cleaning: warm water with a drop of mild dish soap, soft cloth, dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Does the epoxy yellow over time?
Modern UV-inhibited resins are stable for 15+ years in normal interior light. Direct sun exposure can cause subtle ambering after 5+ years — covered by our re-pour warranty if it bothers you.
Can it go outside?
We do not recommend outdoor use. UV and humidity will accelerate ambering and slab movement. We have outdoor-rated finishes by special request.
