Custom commissions are not returnable — they are made to your specification. We protect you in two ways:
Defect protection
If your piece arrives with a defect, photograph it and email care@luxesaver.com within 7 days. We replace or repair at no cost, including freight.
Cancellation during design
You can cancel any time during the design phase and recover your deposit minus design fees: $500 (week 1), $1,000 (week 2), $1,500 (after design lock).
Lifetime warranty
Free re-finishing, resin re-pour, and structural repair for the life of the piece. Transferable. Details on the help page.
